Our client is a big international law firm located in Brussels (easy access!). To reinforce their team, they are currently looking for a Legal Secretary English/French !
Job description :
- Agenda management
- Arranging travels and handling expense notes
- Producing documents according to the agreed company standards
- Welcoming clients in a professional manner
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Filing and archiving
- Providing administrative support to Lawyers
- Encoding the Lawyers’ timesheets in the company system
- Collaborating with the team in order to deliver a high-quality work and by meeting deadlines
- And more!
Profile:
- You have a perfect command of English and speak fluent French
- You ideally have minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- You are professional, flexible, autonomous and proactive
- You are team minded, stress resistant and are a good prioritizer
Offer:
- A permanent contract
